The design fee for the Design Services will be broken down into two payments. One at project launch, and one before the design presentation.

Then the Design Implementation fee is due once the design has been approved, and to launch that stage of the project.

All purchases are made through our company so we can provide the highest level of value to our clients. We guarantee the outcome, and we cannot do that if we are not in control of the process.

To best serve our clients, we shop for selections in the best way suited for that item - from the vendor or supplier that in our experience provides the best service, competitive price, preferable lead times & the like.

We will bring our best design selections for each item presented.

Many items selected will not be able to be viewed in person for reasons such as limited availability of what's in showrooms, customisations etc.

Therefore, seeing pieces in person is not part of our selection process.

That said, if there is an item you MUST see in person, we will do our best to accommodate that request.

We work closely with our clients throughout the entire process to make sure we deliver a design that is perfect for YOU. There is an extensive interview process to launch the project and gather all the details we need.

Once the design is presented you have the opportunity to request some adjustments, and if others are needed, we work with you until you are 100% happy with the design.

Delays may happen and are outside of our control. These delays may impact the length of the project, and we will do everything we can to mitigate delays.

We will do all that we can to ensure full disclosure of delays and logistic challenges as they occur.
